Using the Site

 

Use it lawfully. Don’t try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it, or use our name and work in a way that implies we endorsed something we didn’t.

 

Our work

 

Everything on this Site — video, photography, design, copy, and code — belongs to Modo Studios or our clients. Portfolio work may include client brands and talent shown with permission. Look at it, link to it, but don’t reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

 

Projects and studio rentals

 

This Site is informational. It isn’t an offer or a contract. Production work and studio rentals are covered by a separate signed agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Scheduling requests aren’t confirmed until we confirm them.

 

The legal part

 

The Site is provided as is. We don’t guarantee it’ll always work or that everything on it is current. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of it, and our total liability is capped at $100. These terms are governed by Utah law, and any dispute goes to the courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
